Jessica + Matthew : A Proposal Story
The love story started when…
Jessica and Matthew were just 11 years old in Middle School. Although they knew each other in passing, it wasn’t until Valentine’s Day in 6th grade that Matthew expressed interest. He purchased a Valentine’s Day Gram and although the feelings were mutual, shortly after Jessica moved to a different middle school. The pair reconnected in High School and both attended CSU Stanislaus where their relationship blossomed.
Matthew always knew how he would propose to Jessica and he knew it would be over the top! His parents recommended the beautiful Venticello after attending a wedding there. He bought THE ring, the beautiful oval solitaire that Jessica had always wanted.
But how would surprise her? Matthew told Jessica he had a work event, and off the Murphys they went. Jessica was astonished when she saw Venticello and the beautiful setup. In that moment she knew the moment she had been waiting for was finally here…
It was sunset, the candles were lit, and the table was set for two with charcuterie and champagne to celebrate. The life-sized frame adorned with her favorite flowers was overlooking the mountains - it was perfect.
Needless to say, Jessica said YES!
